Hello to all Wests Juniors players, coaches, managers and families,
Exciting times as we kick off the 2023 season. The WSJAFC Committee has been doing a lot of work to get this season started, and we are all looking forward to playing footy. Thanks to all the Coaches, Managers and Volunteers for the great preseason training camps readying the players for this season.
I'd like to wish all the teams best of luck for the season. Have fun and let's go and kick some goals!

Mouthguards are compulsory U9 up, sunscreen is always a good idea and don't forget your water bottle

Auskick Gala Day
In exciting news for our youngest Magpies, Wests have joined forces for an Auskick Gala Day on Saturday 29th April, 9-12pm @ Wagener Oval, Ashbury. There will be fun mini games, sausage sizzle and coffee for the oldies:) Mark the date in your calendar now and book a free ticket for your Auskicker via this link.

Help us grow Wests!
Know any kids who would like to try out AFL at Wests? Bring them along to training for a run. We continue to accept registrations for Auskick and Junior teams throughout the season.
The added bonus is... that if your friend joins the club - the club will give you $50 at the end of the season.
Our Recruitment Coordinator, Michael has been working on distributing as many of our new flyers as possible around local neighbourhoods and schools.
If you can put up a flyer at your school, on a community noticeboard or distribute some flyers on your afternoon walk please contact Michael on mwarmiger@gmail.com.
