We are excited to announce that Magpies Academy is now FREE for 2025 registered players.
Our AFL skills boot camp will be run over 4 weeks commencing Wednesday 5th February. For those new to the game, Magpies Academy will provide a great opportunity to come and try AFL in a fun and supportive environment so don’t forget to invite your mates! Experienced players will benefit from skills development and fitness in the lead up to the 2025 season.

Juniors/Youth 8-17 - $240 for the season + free Magpies Academy (value $40)

The 2025 Auskick pack includes a club t-shirt, footy, ball pump, footy cards and a backpack!
All registrations include the uniform. Active kids vouchers can be applied. Deferred and flexible payment plans are also available.

It’s time to get our new name, flyers and posters out around the Inner West and we would love your help! If you can put up a flyer at your school, on a community noticeboard or distribute some flyers to one of your child’s other sports teams or clubs please reach out to the club email or chat to a Committee member.

Club Survey - your voice matters
As we continue to plan for an exciting 2025 season, we have created a short survey to collate responses for those who wish to have a say about the footy club, its culture and its future. We’d love to hear from you! Responses are confidential and it will only take a few minutes of your time.
Join the Committee!
The club remains short of a few critical Committee roles and we ask everyone to consider how they can get involved at the Magpies.
No matter your background or skillset, there is a volunteer role for you so please put your hand up. The physical, mental and social benefits of volunteering are incredible and your support will go a long way to the smooth running of the Inner West Magpies Junior AFL Club during this exciting period.
Being part of the committee comes with the added bonus of receiving $100 off registrations.
Key roles yet to be filled for 2025 include:
Canteen Coordinator - organise volunteers to run the canteen on home game weekend and order supplies
Recruitment Coordinator - coordinate the club’s recruitment initiatives, be the first point of contact for parents and potential players at the club, manage relationships with schools and run come and try AFL days
First Aid Coordinator - assist with the recruitment of first aid officers and maintain first aid supplies
