Magpies Academy Kicks Off!
Welcome to the 2025 season to both our new and returning players and families! We are looking forward to a great year of footy with our Magpies Community.

Magpies Academy, our AFL skills boot camp is all set to start tonight at 5.30pm and we have an actioned packed 4-weeks planned including a visit from the Sydney Swans in Week 2.
Round 1 for Juniors/Youth is fast approaching on 5/6 April. To ensure that the kids hit the ground running in 2025, we have made Magpies Academy free for registered players so jump online and book your spot now if you haven’t already.
Not ready to commit to a whole season? Select the $30 option ($40 with a training singlet).
All 2025 season registrations include the uniform and there will be a boot swap available at Magpies Academy. Active kids vouchers can be applied. Deferred and flexible payment plans are also available.

The club will be nominating the following teams in 2025. We would love more players so please put the call out to any kids you know to encourage them to give AFL a go. The added bonus….if your friend joins the club, you will receive $50 at the end of the season!

Volunteers Needed
We would love your help in getting our fantastic new flyers and posters out directly to schools.
Come and see us at the registration tent at Magpies Academy to pick some up and let us know which school you are dropping them off to.
Join the Committee!
The Club remains short of a few critical Committee roles and we ask everyone to consider how they can get involved at the Magpies. The physical, mental and social benefits of volunteering are incredible and being part of the committee comes with the added bonus of receiving $100 off registrations.
Key roles yet to be filled for 2025 include:
Canteen Coordinator - organise volunteers to run the canteen on home game weekend and order supplies
Recruitment Coordinator - coordinate the club’s recruitment initiatives, be the first point of contact for parents and potential players at the club, manage relationships with schools and run come and try AFL days
First Aid Coordinator - assist with the recruitment of first aid officers and maintain first aid supplies
